- Experience is not required, unless your diploma was awarded 3 or more years ago.
- Fast-track option: Nurses with B1 or B2 German language certification will be prioritized for matching.
-
No German language experience?
- You must enroll in a German language program.
- You can begin matching once you reach A2 level and receive approval from one of our language experts.

Learning German
If you’re considering working as a nurse in Germany, learning German is an essential step on your journey. To travel to Germany as a nurse, achieving B1 proficiency is required, while reaching B2 level is necessary to become a registered nurse.
- If you are joining us with level B1 or B2 certification, you will be asked to verify your credentials and speak with a language expert to make sure you are speaking German at the appropriate level. If your level is accepted, you will be able to start matching with employers and begging the application process
- For nurses with little or no language experience, our recruiters will provide comprehensive guidance on the necessary steps to meet language requirements and proceed with the process.

Costs and timelines
- For nurses who enroll with B1/B2 certification – 7-10 months to deployment
- For nurses with no German experience – 10-15 months

The Process in 6 steps
1
Qualification Screening
Candidates can begin their journey by booking a free consultation with our recruiters. During this process we will determine if you are qualified to enroll in the program and, if so, what your next steps should be. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions about the program and process.
2
Enrollment and Profile Creation
Candidates who meet all requirements will then be directed to enroll on our platform where you will be guided through the important process of setting up your profile and stating your work preferences so that you can be matched with the right employer.
3
Document Collection, Matching, and Application
Before you are able to apply for jobs, all nurses have to have the minimum required documents available and uploaded onto the platform. When this is completed, you will be matched with a selection of open jobs and apply, if interested.
4
Interview preparation and securing an offer
After a successful application, you will be asked to attend an interview with the employer. We will make sure you are confident and prepared to speak to your future employer through a series of preparation calls.
5
Work Permit, visa applications, pre-deployment preparation
Congratulations, you have been hired! At this stage we will apply for your work permit and visa. In addition, we will make sure you are fully briefed on your new life in Germany and that you have a clear training plan in place for Qualification Recognition.
