No, you will never be asked to pay for our recruitment services. At CIMS, we follow the Employer Pays Principle, meaning that the healthcare institutions we work with cover all recruitment costs.
In the case that an upfront payment is required for logistical reasons, the amount will be fully reimbursed once you arrive in your destination country.
Qualification requirements vary depending on the specific needs of each employer. However, in general, you must have:
- A completed 3-year nursing education (or equivalent)
- Language proficiency in the country where you wish to work.
Note about job openings in Germany: If you’re applying to work in Germany, all employers will require a B1 or B2 level German language certificate. Our partner, CWC Recruitment, will support you throughout your language learning journey and monitor your progress through the CWC Language Center.
